My next run was worst then my first run?

so i run every second day, but the second day i run i cant seem to go as long?

i already rested a day, why am i still tired?

  1. Maybe you need 2 days rest. When I lift heavy or run hard I need 2 days to fully recover.


  2. You might not be getting enough protein.  How long are your runs?  

    I'm also not sure what that means ( I run every second day).  Does that mean you run two days in a row and then rest?  How long do you rest?
