What do you think of her name - Ainslet? It's a combination of Ainsley and Scarlet. Her parents couldn't decide lol. I'm not sure what I think of it... it's kinda cute I guess.

  1. I'm not liking it at all.

Maybe it will grow on you though :)

  2. It's horrible, sorry

  3. sorry but ewwwy when i was told my lil cuz was going to be named addisen reese i almost threw up

  4. ICK

    sorry =/

  5. I think that they would have been better naming her Scarlet Ainsley and using Ainslet as a nickname - That way she would have options of regular names when she grew up.

    However, it isn't all bad

Also, most people who see it written and haven't heard it will assume that it is a typo...

UPDATE - Then name her Scarlet Ainsley Alison and gone with 2 middle names - somewhat unusual, but not as bad a "word vomit"

  6. Is it pronounced Ans-Let or Aines-Let?

  7. Very Different It's alright

  8. Not cute...I would have went with Scarlett and then if I had another girl go with Ainsley.  Both of these names are better than the combo Ainslet.

  9. Wow, that sucks. Ainslet. No, I don't like it at all. Like Chiclet or bracelet or something. If they couldn't decide they should have picked a totally different name. Or named her Ainsley Scarlet. What is her middle name?

  10. Personally?  I don't like it.  I like more traditional names, Louise and Joseph are my children's names.

But Ainslet is their child.  It is completely up to them to decide a name for her.

  11. No sorry I dont like it

    xx

  12. I'm not in love with the name, but it's far from the worst I've ever heard.

  13. poor child! not to be rude, but, ohh jeez. i feel sorry for the baby.

scarlet ainsley or ainsley scarlet sounds good.

    ainsley alison scarlet.

    or scarlet alison ainsley.

ainslet - sounds very, very masculin

  14. EWW

  15. sounds like a medical condition. like oh no i have a rash on my ainslet.

  16. The name is alright, but what's important is that it has a special meaning. If the parents couldn't choose between the grandmothers' names, and wanted to combine them, thats totally up to them. If they like it, anyways, it's perfect.

  17. Great Mix of those two names
