My niece had lice? Hairdresser ?

She now is clean but still has tons of dead eggs in her hair. Would a hair dresser cut her hair if she has not evidence of lice nits or louse? Her mom can`t seem to remove them and would rather cut them out then put her hair and scalp through any more b.s.

Any beauty shops I know would not want to cut her hair.  

Wal Mart Pharmacy has a shampoo that kills lice and nits.  You have to leave it on 20 minutes.  But nothing survives that.

Then they fall out, rather than having to be combed out.

Hairdresser will almost definitely NOT deal with hair. Hard to tell if all egg cases empty, health department regulations etc.

Try using a lice comb to clear out some.

use a nit comb just run it though her hair untill you cant see anymore eggs
