I think Hannah Montana anything is a safe bet. I mean, I'm 13 and I still love Hannah Montana and so do all my friends. lol. Everyone loves the Jonas Brothers too. Does she like clothes? Abercrombie, Hollister, Ruehl??

Something real small like a card and great smelling body wash/bubble bath, and a gift card to the local mall! What girl doesnt like to shop? That is the best bet!
