Can anyone help me.

My sister kid has put security code-Phone.I brought new Vodaphone sim and trying to access fom this handset.It is asking for Security code.

how to get Master security code to unlock.

imei is 352737012490216.

my nokia 1650 is asking for asecurity code
which i dont know well i had one and removed it
so when recently anew sim card was put it asked for asecurity code
even after inserting my own sim card am really sulking
piz help. thank you
