My nokia 5310 is locked, i need help please?

when i turn on my phone it says "PIN blocked. Enter Puk code:". when i do enter the PUK code it says "Enter new PIN code:". It lets me put in anything at this point and then it says "Verify new PIN code:" but when i put it in again it just starts all over with the process. so does anybody know how to fix this?

you really have to call your provider so they can give you those numbers. it sucks because it takes time to call but its the only way of doing it.
