My nokia cell flashes blue then goes off when I turn it on? HELP!!!?

I broke my cell, so i got a borrower phone til its repaired. Well. The 2nd day from when i got it, I picked it up and it went off. Full battery and everything. And now when i turn it on, it flashes blue then goes off. Ive tried charging it too but it doesn't make a difference, Its a no flip nokia phone. Please help, I do NOT wanna pay a 100 dollar feeon something i didnt do!!!

Well if you havent broken the phone then dont try to fix it, take it back to the store where you got the replace ment from and give it back to them!
