My nokia n 82's card got locked what i do?

Question

the problem begin when i formatt the phone memory by pressing 3* and ccall button in switched off mode

it shows enter the key

i download a lot it may be a virous i don't know.......

i try to formatt the card using card reader it did't work

so plz help mi guyz
