  1. everybody's body temp fluctuates within a certain range during the day. altho' for all practical purposes the "normal" temp is considered to be around 98.6, the actual varies anywhere between 97 to 99 depending on the time of day, activity, hormonal action, age, basal metabolism, stress, etc. [it can even come down to 96.5 late at night when the body has had some rest & metabolism is at its lowest]. everything follows a diurnal cycle/rhythm.

IF you have no other symptoms & are feeling fine & healthy, then try taking your temp at fixed times/intervals during the day for the next few days. that will give you a fair idea of your temp pattern/variation/range. keep this chart for future reference too.

so don't fret. be happy & stay healthy.

    all the best

  2. yup

  3. it doesn't mean a serious fever. sometimes the body temp can be 99.5 and still be considered normal. also if your in some kind of pain it can also cause your temp to go up a Little but not to worry. its nothing serious. just relax and it'll go down. don't sweat it.
