Usually i don't breathe too well through my nose, but when i wake up in the morning i find out that i've been breathing through my nose during my sleep. Is my brain getting enough exygen (even though my nose is usually relatively clogged)? is it supposed to be like that because the body is relaxed enough? Also, i don't have any medical problems associated with sleeping.
