Question:

My nose piercing? Help.?

I've had my piercing for over 6 weeks now.. Maybe 7 or 8 weeks. I have just changed it from a nostril s***w to a nostril bone. The s***w is a good bit thicker than the bone.. Will this mean I'll have trouble putting thicker screws in my piercing in the future considering I just changed it to a really thin one?

  1. Yea,you'll need to push it more and it will eventually go through if you switch to a thicker one,but it'll be painful.I did the same with my lip piercing.

  2. If you gauge down then your piercing will heal up, and you will have to gauge back up to a desired size in the future. From what you are saying your probably going from the starting 14 guage to a 16 or 18 gauge. If you are just going to a 16 then you can put a 14 back in, but if you go to an 18 then you will have to gauge up from to a 14 again.
