My nuts are realy sore and itchy wat is this?

my balls are really sore and itchy and i have no idea why i just sudenly go it in the middle of the night can someone tell me wats going on? because its really uncomftable

If your ball is sore you could have a twisted t******e.

That is serious and you will need surgery to fix it or your t******e could die.

The pain of the surgery will be less than the hurt you get from people calling you "one nut" if it dies.

If the pain is just on the skin then it could be some kind of fungal  infection.

If it is really painful go to the doctor immediately.

Dirty balls? Simply wash yourself. Use soap and cleaning materials if necessary.
