My o2 sim card won't register!?

I have an 02 sim card, does anyone know how to register it because when i call a number it says "REGISTRATION FAILED"

If it's brand new, you need to top up to activate it. Once activated, you can make/receive calls and texts.

Have you tried registering it online. Give it a try and see if it works. Or you could take the phone and sim card into an 02 shop and ask for help. It might be a problem with the sim card.
