My office floods and has black mold is that legal???

I work for a renovations company. My office is in a seperate building then the main office. There is a major flooding problem and black mold. Also there isnt a heating system. In the winter I have an electric heater but it still very cold and the one heater doesnt really help. If I try and use more than one heater I blow fuses. I have asked for them to send the crew to fix the areas that flood and to install a boiler. The problem is that their office is dry and warm and free from mold so they really dont care. Is it legal for them to make me stay in an obivously hazardous office.

Mold will make you really sick..I would report it.
