My old daewoo dtq-2172 clicks but does not power...

Question

my old daewoo dtq-2172 clicks but does not power up.

it only has a clicking sound but it does not continue to power up the whole tv set.

there are no burnt parts and the fuse is good.

i'm no tech but i can understand very little electronics. and can do some soldering.

i wanna try to solve this first with the help of the internet...

... before i get a technician to fix it.
