My older brother wants to know why he is experiencing "turtling" with his p***s lately?

I have an older brother who is 40. He's told me that starting a couple of months ago his p***s has been "turtling" and that it happens most often when he has to go to the bathroom. The reason he brought it up is because he was at my place and he pissed his pants a little trying to pull out his p***s when he used the bathroom. He thinks it is stupid to see a doctor about this and would be embarrassing, too. Anyone have any ideas why he might be having this kind of a problem lately?

This happens to circumscised guys because his glans wants its f******n back.... lol.

Alternatively, he might have gained weight...

In addition, he will be experiencing a reduction in testosterone right about now as he is the right age for it.

The combination of increased weight and low testosterone increases the proportion of oestrogen in his system... and he is turning into a girl. (ask him to show you his b*****s)

I highly recommend that he start a workout regime imediately before he stops getting erections altogether.

Maybe he could also have a blood pressure problem.
