My oldest daughter drinks alot and although ?

kept off drugs she has no ambition but is intelligent, her brothers and sisters have done well at school and uni but she does not seem to want to do anything with her days how do I help her change this and not throw her life away

It's her life so maybe you should respect that and eveyone is unique and I don't think its fair of you as a parent to compare your children like that.

Maybe try and encourage her to get a job and tell her that her drinking affects you.

Hey chill I drink every weekend with friends and well I get good results and what not. Don't push and pressure her. Believe me my mam and dad did that with me. You have to talk to her get her to think about it. Tell her she can do great in life and make her feel confident but remember don't push her.
