My one year old cat keeps attacking my five year old cat and i don't know how to stop him!

We've had the five year old cat for about four years now and we just got the 1 year old like five months ago. The little one is nuts he never stops fighting with the older cat. we've tried locking him up but he still comes right out and starts fighting with him!i don't know what to do!

Hi, I have a 2 year old male cat and have a 1 year old male cat. They have lived together for a year.  First transition was fine for first 6 mths, cuddling together. Now it's a nightmare, my older cat is bullying the younger cat really badly biting him pulling his hair out. The younger cat is now becoming very timid! I have stamped on the floor, grabbed at the top of the neck and even begun using water spray but nothing is working. I don't know what to do, please help ;0(
