  1. not saying it is this but repetitive sounds humming mumbling ect. can be a sign of autism. does she have any other developmental delays?

like I said not saying it is that but just something to consider if you are seeing other delays as well

  2. You said that you have tried treating it as her wanting more attention, but I wouldn't say that it is a behavioral issue (from personal experience with a nephew).  I would take her to the doctor and make them listen to you!   It could just be a faze, her learning about the noises she can make and such, BUT it could be something more (as was with my nephew).  So, I would for sure talk to her pediatrician about it.  I hope this helps and good luck.

  3. I agree with Louie, you need to have her checked by a doctor, maybe something is not well with her. It is not usual for a child to behave like this unless something is wrong. She doesn't have the verbal skills to tell you what the problem is, it is your job as a parent to find out. All the best, I hope she will be ok.

  4. I agree that it would be a good idea to get some medical advice, if you have not already done so. It could be a developmental issue, or it could be a low level infection, causing pain. When my son was about this age, we took him on holiday to the beach and he screamed and moaned most of the time. It turned out to be an ear infection.

  5. Do you think maybe its a medical issue since she has been doing it for the past 6 months...maybe take her to the doctor.
