  1. If drinking tea was bad for kids (including green tea) there wouldn't be 1.5 billion Chinese!

There is some caffeine in green tea, but not enough to bother him, plus it is healthy!  Beats the h**l out of Cola and other c**p most people give their kids.

  2. That should be really good for her,I would imagine.

  3. I just had some green tea with Jasmin tea tonight and it was great. It does have caffeine even through it's a little, for a one year old i'd be careful. Their little systems are still in development. So i would be a little cautious and probably would'nt give it to him.

  4. It does contain caffeine (unless it's decaffeinated of course). A couple of cups a day should be fine, but I wouldn't let the child have too much.

  5. Just buy him the decaf variety. Kids that young can be susceptible to the caffeine. I think it's great! I've tried to get my son to drink tea, but he doesn't like it unless it has tons of sugar in it! Then what's the point? He'd rather drink water.... Oh well!

  6. This should be perfectly fine, it is much better than fizzy drinks or most other sugary rubbish kids are marketed these days! Dont let him drink too much his system is smaller and caffeen can affect him more. There is a still caffeen in green tea just a lesser amount.

But the antioxident benifits will be great and a little bit of lemon in it will help that even more.
