  Remove the shower head and clean the spray holes with a pin or leave submerged overnight in a bowl of water and vinegar or remove and clean out the gause filter inside the cold water inlet to the shower, this is where the cold water pipe is attached, you will need to isolate the cold water supply to the shower first then after removing the cover, unscrew the pipework from the inlet, once removed you will find a plastic gause filter up inside the plastic inlet valve, remove carefully with long nose pliers and run under a cold tap to clean, refit in reverse order and retry.
