  1. Accidental contact with other body parts is acceptable but as far as trying to play the ball with your knee or foot, that's not acceptable.  As long as the ball is not "carried" during the accidental contact, play will continue.

  2. any parts, especially the chest

  3. near you wrists...that kinda where you supposed to hit the volleyball

  4. You can use your head, forarms, hands and some teams are starting to let you use your feet!

  5. your head

  6. Head, Hands, Wrists, Forearms, Legs, and I'm pretty sure you can use your feet. (As long as it doesn't touch the ground.) What an interesting question...

  7. your hands.

  8. Any part of the body is acceptable as long as it is not carried.

  9. YOU CAN USE

    HANDS

    ARMS

    FINGER TIPS

    HEAD

    YOUR LEGS

YOUR FEET BUT THE BALL CAN NOT HIT YOUR SHOE

  10. You can hit the volleyball with any part of your body unless you are in high school. In high school the only part that's legal is above the waist.

  11. to spike- palm of ur hand

to set- pads of ur fingers

    to pass/bump- forearm

to save(when u dive)- top of ur fist

    hope it helps!!!

  12. ur fingers and ur palms

  13. hands heas, feat (not in high school though), face although thats not suggested

  14. According to the official rules of Volleyball (FIVB), the ball may contact ANY body part, including two places SIMULTANEOUSLY.

  15. You can Bunt the Vollyball with your hands

  16. Head and legs, as my sis told me...fyi, my sis was a volleyball player...

  17. in club volleyball any part of your body can keep the ball in play

  18. Hi,

You hardly use your elbows to hit the volleyball (u could try it though, it's perfectly legal!!)...

The most commmon parts used to hit the volleyball are:

forearms (mostly used to return serve)...put on of your palms on top of the other (with both the inner palms facing you) so that your hands form a V shape, and just use the forearms to nicely lift the ball...do not bend your elbows much

fingers (to set)...make a cup shape with your fingers and gently receive the ball and push it up ....make sure the ball is not coming on to you very fast when u do this..if it is, use forearms

palm (to spike!!)...once someone has set the ball, just jump up in the air and UNLEASH!!!

U can also use any part of your body (yes, foot, head, anything..) just make sure the ball doesn't roll on your body, which is a foul...

    hope that helps...

  19. it depends on the league you are in. On my school team you can't play a ball beneath your waist, but on my clum team, anything goes.  Other than the forearem, fingers, and palm... you can use the back of your hand to 'pancke' the ball. But that is usually only used in desperation, and rarely goes in a directed direction.

  20. ANY BODY PART AS LONG AS IT COMES OFF CLEAN

  21. you can hit it with absolutely every part of your body
