  1. if you are bumping then you have to bend your knees and have your arms straight and do not swing you arms

  2. do you mean before you pass the ball? well if that's the case, you bend enough so your knee makes a 90 degree angle, shoulders leaning forward, elbows tightened up, stay on your toes, and eyes focused on the ball.

  3. There are 2 answers for your question. The first one is bumping. When you bend your knees before bumping it helps your control the ball and it's 1 less chance to have the ball going out of control. The 2 answer is setting because when you need to get the ball from one side of the net to the other, you need strength right? RIGHT!! With your arms you have strength but when you put your leg strength and your arm strength together you will get that ball to the other side of the net!! By the way I'm on a pro's volleyball team!!! Good Luck!!!

  4. bend ur knees, and put ur hands out in front of u... thats known as the "ready position"

if u wanna set, hav ur hands above ur head, look through the diamond u made with ur hands being open, then, watch the ball throught the diamond. wen the ball touches ur fingers, bend ur arms, then push the ball up.

    good luck, hope it helps!!

  5. if u r an outside hitter then put your right foot forward and then step with your left as ur first step.  if u r middle then you can start with your left foot forward and step with your left foot first.
