My orginal harddrive got overload

my orginal harddrive got overload and unable to defrag, put new harddrive in and tried moving my autocad 2006 into it. But it didnt work properly ,tried to uninstall and then reinstall but it has failed.How do i repair it so i can reinstall the programme
