  1. The mother of my two 3 week old kittens was put down yesterday.

I have been taking a paper towel and wetting it with warm water and folding it up and wiping their butts. It does 2 things, stimulates them to go, and cleans it up.  One of mine went pee and i didn't even know it. It like stuck to her.

    Good Luck

  2. put warm water on a wash cloth, and rub her bottom. this can take a while  but it will stimulate it just like mama would. good luck

  3. Here's articles on caring for orphaned kittens.  You need to educate yourself since you're filling in for "mom."  You're doing a good thing by caring for this orphaned baby.

    Best of luck to you.

  4. I would take a warm, wet cloth and wipe it over her a**s in an upward motion.  This is what mamas do to get them to go.

  5. Young kittens need to be stimulated to go "p**p and pee". Take a damp warm washcloth and stimulate the genitles with long strokes like that of a mother cat cleaning her kitten. Also be sure the formula you are feeding isn't over concentrated, that will bind up a kitten.

  6. She may be constipated from not being used to the nourishment of the food she's being fed. As opposed to being underfed or eating poor nourishment foods.
