My ovulation pain last forever, is this not normal?

I just stopped the pill four months ago, is that why. I was on them for 15 years. The first month off was really painful/crampy and then the next two were not bad at all. But this month I started cramping on cycly day 14 (I'm still very regular) and today cycle day 21 still very slight/mild pains. I had no EWCM this month either. Yesterday was the first day I had a slight CM when I wiped. The pain is in my ovaries and uterus it's wierd and I'm worried as I'm TTC. Am I freaking for nothing, or should I make a doc appointment?
