My oxygen levels on my sleep test went down to the low 60's, how bad is that?

  1. That is pretty low. Your oxygen level is slow because you probably have obstructive sleep apnea. This means you actually stop breathing for a second or 2 all night, and probably snore. I assume the sleep doc would tell you how bad it is, and what can be done.
