  1. The fastest way is ..when it's dry do it free hand with a good brush.

  2. This time around fix it with a small modelers brush.

Next time, invest if the Green "Frog" tape, it is way superior to the blue painters tape.

  3. Touch up the stripes using a tiny little modelers brush.

  4. When using painter's tape. Remove the tape while the paint is still damp and pull it back toward the painted area not away from it.

To "fix" it I would re-tape and repaint, choose one color and one stripe first, if that looks OK go ahead and finish the rest.

  5. Reapply the tape and run a bead of clear silicone caulking along the edge of the tape.  Smooth the caulking with your finger and wipe away the excess with a wet towel and alow it to dry.  Paint, alow the paint to dry overnight and remove.  The caulking will keep the paint from seeping under the tape.  I got this trick from my aunt who does design work for Ethan Allen furniture and it REALLY WORKS!

  6. ok paint the pink stripes and yellow stripes again, but it sounds like you didn't wait long enough for the paint to dry so it was pulled up from the tape. paint the stripes and wait around 6 hours before you do the brown. when you reapply tape for painting the brown make sure that the edges are completely pushed down. No air bubbles!!!!

    Good luck!!!
