  1. i don't really know maybe like rose mary said it might be breeding or it might be getting older hope i helped!  


  2. that means she can breed. If you do breed her you need an breeding box. And, of coarse, u need a mate too. Make sure they are the same age. If they aren't, you have a problem. If you are going to buy a adult parakeet that's a male, there cere is going to be blue or pink.

  3. That's just because the bird is a female and was in breeding condition (which is signaled by the brown cere, and doesn't mean you have to breed her), but isn't now.  It's perfectly normal.
