My parcel was guarenteed to come via usps express international today, but it hasn't. can i get a refund?

I live in Australia, which is one of the countries with a time guarentee. On the website it says if it doesn't arrive on time, i can get a refund.

The tracking says it went into customs yesterday morning, and left customs at 540pm yesterday evening. I rang Australia post today and they said it hasn't gotten to them yet for delivery.

CAN i get a refund?

Well I expect the 'small print' says the time in Customs doesn't count ..

However , why not visit their web site and follow the claims process ??

No, but the person who sent it might be able to if the situation meets the proper criteria and they follow the exact procedure outlined by the USPS.
