I live in Australia, which is one of the countries with a time guarentee. On the website it says if it doesn't arrive on time, i can get a refund.

The tracking says it went into customs yesterday morning, and left customs at 540pm yesterday evening. I rang Australia post today and they said it hasn't gotten to them yet for delivery.

CAN i get a refund?

  1. Well I expect the 'small print' says the time in Customs doesn't count ..

However , why not visit their web site and follow the claims process ??

(you might get lucky :-) )

  2. No, but the person who sent it might be able to if the situation meets the proper criteria and they follow the exact procedure outlined by the USPS.
