  1. Keep it to yourself. Obey your parents as much as possible and save your money. In a few short years you'll be on your own, no need to cause strife while you living in the house. Wait until you can leave and still sleep in a comfortable bed in your own space then start talking about how you feel.

  2. its not what you say its HOW u say it. u can tell them ur opinion without being disrespectful. Y shouldnt g**s be able to vote? we pay taxes jus like everyone else, if thats the case couples having s*x b4 marriage, or shacking shouldnt be able to vote, right? everyone has equal rights reguardless of their lifestyle, in what way does homosexual lifestyle affect any one other than the ppl living it? i bet they wont have an answer other than the fact they dont like it... which is fine, but it doesnt mean we're less human or less deserving of human rights

  3. This is a tough situation. The people who raised you believe in something so crazy! But they're entitled to their opinions. Whatever you do, they aren't going to change their minds or "see the light". So the choice is up to you. Don't be afraid to speak your opinion, but don't try to tell them they're wrong. Because in their minds, you're just as wrong! SO explain why you believe the opposite, don't just say "Are you crazy!!?". Give them some legit reasoning. When it comes up next just quietly disagree. I don't know your parents, they might start yelling at you or they might move on and change the subject. But at least you'll get them thinking.

So, keep it to yourself if you're out to change what they believe in. But  if you want them to know that you're different, tell them why, not that their ideas suck.

    good luck!

  4. Tell you n**i parents that they are idiots and THEY shouldn't have the right to vote or get married, even though they already are.  Sorry, but I don't like your parents.

  5. You could probably talk til you are blue in the face, and their closed minds would not be opened.  But try, we appreciate your efforts on our behalf.

The marriage issue is one thing, but voting??? Bank accounts??? That's positively stone-age bigotry.  We're still people, and citizens, whether they like it or not.  Invite them to read the 14th amendment of the Constitution.  They apparently have not done so.

  6. You could tell your parents that if someone is paying taxes and is required to follow the laws like any other citizen, then the government shouldn't care who they're f***ing (as long as they are a consenting adult like them), and they should be treated like any other citizen should be.

  7. 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 (NIV): "Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters, nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God

Leviticus 18:22 (KJV): "Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind it is abomination."

Leviticus 20:13: "If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them

roman1:24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves

  8. Let me guess.

    Republican.

    Christian.

They think in a traditional way.

Be honest with them 100% tell them your feelings & beliefs.

  9. I would recommend not insulting your parents.  If you disagree with their beliefs (which I am very glad you do) you don't have to start a family drama over the differences.  Let them make their choice on an issue, but make sure you can make your own choice as well.  You can talk to your parents about your beliefs but try do so in a calm, open discussion rather than a heated confrontation.  If you believe talking to them would be a confrontation it may be best to keep your beliefs to yourself while around them.
