My parent have recently adopted my niece which now makes her my sister obviously.?

My niece was born in Tijuana, Mexico and she is not a US. Citizen or Residentnore has a work permit. My parents are both US. Citizens. What I basically want to know is, how long will it take my niece to become a US. citizen now that my parents have both adopted her considering the fact that they are US citizens.
