  1. you need a lawyer

CAN you prove what you say

you have a live birth certificate with your mother's name

(?) and father now you have your proof..

  2. It sounds like you may have a good chance with your parents documents. Complete applications for US green card. When called for interview at local consulate, bring all those documents with you and show them to the interviewer.

If that doesn't get you results then check into hiring an immigration attorney.

  3. Well, gather up whatever you have and go the the American Citizens Services section at the embassy in San Jose. Take a look at their website at sanjose.usembassy.gov.  Given the lenghth of time it's been since you were born and the fact that both your parents are dead, it will likely take quite some time to get them to recognize your claim.

  4. just prove that they were us citizen and you will get the us citizenship as well.

i mean, there must be a record in usa where it is mentioned that they were us citizens.

    good luck!!

  5. As long as you have papers, I'm sure you're qualified to become a citizen. You will need to apply.

    Child Citizenship Act Program

If your child (YOU) permanently resides abroad, your child does not qualify for automatic citizenship under the CCA. However, you can apply for citizenship for your child by filing form N-600K (Application for Citizenship and Issuance of Certificate Under Section 322). You can submit this form to any USCIS District Office or Sub-Office in the United States.

In the USA this type of visa are called fiancee visa and it is valid between the time you enter the USA and the time that you are issued you green card.

or an immigrant visa~~~~An immigrant visa is required for anyone who wishes to enter the United States to reside there permanently, whether or not that person plans to seek employment in the United States.
