My parents are getting calls from a bank reguarding them pressing charges against someone.?

they don't bounce checks and we had a little problem a while ago, I thought we got it all taken care of. at the time, we lived in Mt. Pleasant, MI, and the calls are coming from Ionia, MI. we never used a check in ionia. we haven't even had a checking account for the last year and a half.

It is just an automated message with no contact info other than it is the ionia prosecutors office.

how do I get this cleared up? I have no idea which checking account they are refering to.

Call the Ionia county prosecuters office and ask for details and a copy of the complaint.
