My parents are gonna withdraw me from school?

My parents are thinking about with drawing me from school. Meaning, dropping out. Anways, I was supposed to be getting homeschooled this year. But the people at my school won't sign the papers to release me so I can be home schooled. My parents are telling me i'm gonna have to go back to a public school. I don't like, those schools & they know that & they don't want me going. My step dad is saying he's just going to with draw me from school. Since I'll b**** when I do go to school... I do want an education but I wanna be home schooled. What else can I do?

You tell them you really dont want to go to school. I think the reason why they wont release the papers is because you owe school fees, ect. this is what happen to my cousin. Good Luck. Have your parent call the principal or superintendent to see why you cant get released. They are suppose to release you if you paid everything.

move in with another family member in a different school district if that is what is keeping you from just switching school. or you could go to private school

maybe if you move with your dad in diff neighbor hood you mite be able to and if your 14 you can live with who you law says that and if you are 16 you can drop out law says that but other then that you have to wait until next year to be home schooled because you don't have to sign up for school but find out how to do home schooling when my sister wanted to be home schooled she had to wait til the next year

Your parents need to visit http://www.HSLDA.org to find out the laws regarding homeschooling in your state.  Chances are, you do not need permission from the local school to homeschool-very few states require that.  Rather, you just notify them.
