My parents gave away my cats kittens?!?

my parents gave my cats kittens away and i don't think she knew and she keeps meowing so sadly cause her babies are gone i don't know what to do every time i hear her i tear up i feel so sad for her shes so depressed lately what can i do to cheer her up..... :(
