My parents make me so depressed?

They yell at me for the stupidest stuff ever. If i ask to hang out with my friends they yell at me because they think im gonna do something bad i never go anywhere im always at home. If i forget to make dinner im yelled at and they put me down i cant take it any more im totally cut out from the civilization and my friends are starting to avoid me. My parents make me cry all the time and this whole situation makes me get bad grades in school which gives them another reason to go psycho on me. What should i do?

There has to be a reason why they treat you this way.

Have you done something in the past to make them not trust you like this, and don't lie to yourself, have you?
