  1. Well, if you live in a farm, that would be okay because as you say, you take care of them well.. But if it's bothering your parents, then don't add more pets.. Happy parents=bigger allowance.. lol

  2. No its not too many!

  3. Maybe your parents mean they don't want any more animals in the house, or that they don't want to pay for any more animal related things!  Talk with them and ask why they do not want you to have any more animals.  If it is money, maybe you can get a pt job (depending on your age) or ask for an allowance to do extra house hold chores and then contribute money to the up keep of your animals.  If they just don't want any more things in the house, you are going to have to respect their decision.  Good luck!

  4. WTF !!!

ahhhhh u livin in a farm or sumthing ??? lol cuz thats waaaaaaay toooo muuuuuuuuuch !

  5.     ... You have way too many pets, dude. I have 5 pets and that is already way too many! Get a life, man.

  6. i think that if you show you are capable to look after your current pets, you should be allowed to have more

but even if i agree with you, your parents still wont allow it.

  7. my friend owns lots of chickens in florida she doesn't even own a farm you do have a lot of pets maybe you can get 1 rat

  8. haha thats just like me!

    I have:

    a bearded dragon called Max

a border terrier X jack russell, called Ben

2 fish tanks (tropical and cold water)

15 chickens! ( 4 are hens and 11 are chicks!)

I really want some pet rats too! I was thinking of getting 2 or 3 male rats because I like lazy pets!

good luck on getting your pet rats!

  9. that's not THAT much when you think about it.  i would say stick with what you have for now though!!!

  10. Do you still live in your parent's home?  If so, then yes, you have too many pets.  It's their home, their rules.  If you live in your own home and you are financing the animal's care (not your parents), then it's not their business.  It depends on the time you have to give to the pets.  Myself, I have a lot of pets too.  I have 6 horses, 7 cats, 5 dogs, 18 koi, and a parrot.  But I'm an adult, live in my own home, and am responsible for the expense of their care.  If you are on your own, and have the time and the finances to support more pets, then there's no problem with having them.

  11. I don't have any pets, but you say you have chickens? - You must live on a farm. I wouldn't get anymore, it's costs more money and time.

  12. The desire to own lots of pets is something that nearly all animal lover suffer from at one time or another, and I think we can all sympathise with how you feel.

However, as much as you may like the idea of more pets, you must look at it from a neutral perspective. Would you be able to afford to own more pets, as well as spend time with them and care for them? Many cases of neglect or abandonment come from people who took on more than they can handle. Your parents may be concerned about some of these issues, since they will ultimately be in charge of their upkeep. Animals, even rats, need the love and commitment that a large labrador would need.

If you truly feel that you would be able to care for more animals, then you should discuss it with your parents. They will have their reasons for denying you more pets, and by discussing it you may come to a joint decision.

  13. Holy c**p dude! Yeah I would say yes.

I hope you live on a farm

  14. Well, it is true that you really have a lot of pets. Probably, you should continue taking care of them so that you don't need extra time for more pets.

  15. I know its tempting to want to adopt a lot of animals, but I think you are set with the animals you have. You didn't state your age, but if you are under 21 I would say that is plenty! With school and jobs you don't want to be over whelmed. Pets are a lot of work. Enjoy and love the ones you have. They will be thankful for it. =)
