my mom wants to take my dad out for dinner and she wants a place that they go and sit on a ship and eat dinner there. you guys get what im saying right, like go and sit on a ship and eat there food and after just look at the view

If it doesn't have to be a boat that moves, how about the Queen Mary in Long Beach. The restaurants are kind of fun - original cruise ship decor, etc. Their website lists all the restaurants and has the menus as well.
