My parkeet is sick?

my bird is sick he cant hold his balance hes really sleepy. and hes very melow. hes sleeping in my hand thats not usal for him hes not tame. plz help

Don't flush it down the toilet when it dies, it could end badly.

Take him to a vet right away.  He is probably very sick, becuase most birds won't show any signs until they are pretty far gone.  Unless your vet deals with birds, they might not be able to do much.  Have you been feeding him food and water.  You could try giving him a little sugar water in a dropper if you think he might be dehydrated . .. . He is probably going to pass away if he is this far gone, mine always did  . .. .

thats sad.there's nuthing for you to realy do but take him to a vet.if u cant try this.give him plenty of fresh green veggies.and fruits like apples and grapes.change his water ever day and his food everyday.and make sure his cage is clean.and at night cover his cage with a cage it may be sleepy.(i recomend you take him to the vet this info may work or may not work)also get vitamine drops to put in his water.

Awe, I hate to say it but he is sick and might die. I had a bird named Fluff, the brightest litttle felllow, but the same behavior occured with him and he died as well. I suggest taking him to a vet because there really isn't anything that you can do. I'm terribly sorry! You have my sorrow.

feed it gassoline and LOTS OF ASPIRIN! Or just take it to a docter.

How long has he been this way?  Is there a chance that he ate something that is making him sick?  Is he still eating and drinking at all?  If he isn't, he needs to see a vet if there is a chance to save him at all.  I once made a bire of mine ill by feeding him pineapple, I didn't know it had too much acid in it for him.  He got better, but I had to take him to the vet.
