My parter who works fulltime is moving in, can i still get carers allowance?

my little boy is on dla (mid rate) i receive carers allowance for him and child tax as well as income support, my partener will be moving in at theend of the month so will be coming of income suppport and child tax, my boyfriend earns £21000 a year, would my carers allowance be stopped, any advice would be great, thanks xx

If you are legally married with your partner, he may be responsible in supporting your son and he will be having some tax exemptions and yes you won't have that career allowance anymore.

But if you two are not married and just trying to live together for some reasons, you are still the only one responsible with your son and you will still be receiving your career allowance to support your little boy.
