Does this mean that my partner wants to be with other people? Is this normal?

  1. It is very unlikely that your partner wants to be with someone else, at least judging from his dreams. Personally, I have from time to time dreams in which I am intimate with other people. Sometimes it is people I know personally, like a professor (!), other times the dream figures does not have familiar faces at all. But either way, I am 100 % that I only want to be with my partner for the rest of my life. To be honest, I think that could be a reason for dreaming about sexual relations with other people than one's partner, namely because one rarely thinks about having s*x with other people, so one dreams about it instead. Dreams do tend to show an opposite mirror image of reality. In my case, when I dream these kind of dreams, I always get the feeling that I am doing something wrong, and it often leads me to having a lucid dream whereby I know I am dreaming, simply because it is so improbable that I would have s*x with anyone else than my partner, that I realise that I must be dreaming. When I realise I am only dreaming, I sometimes let the dream continue in that direction or I stear it in another direction. Either way, I am positive that there is no connection between the content of your partner's dream and his desire to be with someone else. And besides, the fact that he tells you about the nature of the dream indicates that heis comfortable with the dream being only a dream. If it was really as you fear, that your partner wants to be with someone else, I'm pretty sure he wouldn't tell you about it just like that...
