Oliva is a girl's name, even if you take out the I.

Quinn, Ravi, and Alfie are nice.

I love Yoda, Anakin and Vader. Just not as names for little kids.

Whoa those are terrible! Especially KilKil, he is asking for his son to be a murderer. I know a female Quinn, and even then I didn't like the name for a girl, and two N's makes it more feminine.

Ravi as in raviolli? Yoda? The ugly green thing? Vader? DARTH Vader? He likes Star Wars or whatever that thing is called. Oliva? Yuck. Diablo? No. Alfie? YAWN.

Why don't you try suggesting some names you like. You could have

a name you like as the 1st name and your partners choice as a 2nd name. It works all ways then.

kilkil, oh dear!! Ravi is nice, and Quinn is growing on me.  Alfie is way cute too.  Please don't name your child Vader, Anakin, Yoda or Diablo, they will hate you for it when they are grown.

Do you mean Oliver? That's nice, but with that spelling it looks like a misspelling of Olivia, the girls name. But yeah they rest are awful. Kilkil? Diablo? Oh well lol, I'm sure you will think of a gorgeous first name for your son!

Oliver u mean? Olivia is a girls name. I love the name Alfie, and I like Quin. The rest are just jokes, u don't want the poor boy to get bullied! lol! kilkil and yoda sound really funny. kilkil sounds like kill kill! not so nice....hope you make the right choice! make sure you tell your husband that you would like some part in thinking of names for your son. congratulations on the new baby by the way!

Yes, they are pretty bad.  Don't get me wrong. I love Star Wars, and named my cats Qui-Gon, Anakin, Obi-Wan, and Amidala after I first saw the Phantom Menace, but those were just my cats.

Honestly Im not crazy about them either, but I think that it is a personal decision for you and your partner to make. People on here can tell you their opinion, however, I know that I wouldnt change the name of my child because people didnt like the name, or from what other people say.

Quinn is a nice name but I agree with you on the rest of them. They're dreadful.  I think he's been watching way too much Star Wars.  Yoda, Anakin and Vader? What is he thinking?!  Kilkil is the worst though.  The other kids will call him "Kill"  which is not a very nice word.  Ravi is bad too;  It sounds too close to gravy.  Diablo is a car and Alfie is a nickname for Alfred or Alphonse, not a formal name.  Oliva looks like Olivia misspelled and it sounds more like a girl's name.
