  1. Contact these companies and ask what is required.

    Or find a recruiting company.

    Then look thru seek.

  2. Call the Chamber of Commerce in the area you want to move to they can tell you everything you want to know about what companies or what businesses are in their area.  You can of course, get the number from information or your online yellow pages.

I hope I have helped you!

  3. I don't know much about  mining but i do know if he is looking for a good job he should look into Forest River its a 5th wheel company. my husband works there and makes awesome money and gets paid every Friday about $600.00 a week its not what your husband is looking for but trust me the money is well worth it you cant always start out where you wanna starts but at least call them or look into it i know there always hiring.you can email me with any questions spencer198340@yahoo.com

  4. Firstly he needs to get all his tickets. They will not hire him if he is not safe to work on site, and when he gets there he cant do anything. Safety, dogging, rigging, elevated work platform, traffic, even first aid is good.

His HR licence is a good thing to get as well.

Alot of mining jobs don't get advertised, so you need to do some research as to who hires for on the mines. I think Hays is one, so look into them. In the mean time if he has all his tickets they will help him find work in the city.

Also, has he considered a job just in the construction industy, not on the mines? The pay is comparable and he won't be away from you for weeks on end. My man worked up north for $40 an hour, only getting paid for 3 weeks (3 on 1 off) but now he works on a site in the city $36 an hour and I see him every day.

  5. One way is for him to get an HR licence and apply to a drilling company as an off-sider. Its not paid that well, but it is a way to get into mining.

  6. He'll need to get his heavy rigg (HR) liscence first if he doesnt have a trade. Then he can apply for truck driving or drillers offsider jobs, easiest way to get into mining. BHP is the biggest owner of mines in WA but they mainly contract work out to other companies. My husband works for Major Drilling as an offsider but there are so many companies out there all your husband would need to do is look in Saturdays West in the job section and apply for anything that looks good. Best of luck!

Btw I follow the housing market and reckon it will be at the best for buyers next year so maybe hold out until then :)

  7. Dear-I think you should worry about a job for each of you first. Then after that-stability and then a house.
