My passport got wett the photo page got some marks on it but photo and details legible should i replace it?

since it was blue shirt blue marks on page all details can be read fine .all the other pages no problem

  1. You need to get it replaced.  There's no specific standard as to how  much damage is acceptable.  

    You have to get it replaced in person if it's damaged, and must pay the $75 fee.

  2. With all the upgraded security at ports and airports, having a damaged passport might make you look suspect and cause delays for yourself and others.

    In your shoes, I'd have it replaced before it spoils your holiday.

  3. I don't know if there is a few to have it duplicated but if you have to pay the whole price and new photo I would wait you may not need it before it expires why spend the money if you don't have to

I think as long as the information and picture are in tact and legible and the watermarks on the page are still there, I don't believe there is a reason to replace it.  If you are still concerned, go to the place that you would get a passport and ask.  If it was me, I probably wouldn't worry about it since the damage sounds minor.
