My passport with CFO and VISA stickr is still in my old name when we processed my spousal visa? is it ok?

I am a widower when we submit our application for subclass 309, i will be leaving the philippines on august 22 already. is it still acceptable though i am already married now? and only the marriage contract is the one i have to support just incase they will ask me. I am planning to just ammend my name when im in australia.

Hello. It is fine but they could pull you up and question you so you are best changing it back where you are just in case but i do not see a problem. Hope that helps.
