  1. Probably someone was able to see you logging in and able to discern your password through your keystrokes.

Probably a keylogger is present in your computer. Do a Safe Mode scan [Reboot, press F8 repeatedy, choose safe mode, login as default Administrator], then scan your computer for keyloggers using antivirus/antispyware software.

All these are all probable. Passwords, especially those that are found in popular dictionary and the common or usual alphanumeric combinations, such as names, birthdates, etc, can be guessed by anyone using hacker tools online or offline. Use alphanumeric for passwords, and be sure to change them regularly especially if they are breached. Also verify if you have a strong hardware or software firewall to protect your computer from intrusion, without which even if you do not share your computer, some security holes can possibly be exploited by scrupulous persons just to see your computing activities, and your computer data, especially if those are sensitive in nature.

In the age of 0s and 1s, even though data is not written on paper, somebody else can make sense of those 0s and 1s, and that's what passwords are made of in the electronic world.
