The question about giving a pit bull as a gift ? Well you don't really deserve "best answer" but also I cant see why you should be deleted either. No you are not in violation. I have had heaps of questions and answers deleted for no reason that I could think of and I tried appealing but it never helped so now I just forget it and move on.
