  1. find the ntldr.dll on google.com

Copy it to a Floppy disk/CD-rom/removable HDD.

Use a Floppy disk/CD-rom/removable HDD that can boot your computer, and copy that file to your

    C:\

    C:\Windows\system

    C:\Widnws\system32

It's possible that other files are needed as well. If so, follow the same procedure.

  2. Hai,

The reason is that application u may installed has deleted the windows system file and the solution is if u hav xp professional os cd

put in the drive and set the bios to boot from the cd.wen the boot setup comes jus see whether it is showing any xp intsalled on the pc.

It shows R to repair and press R.It will enter into command mode and  it will show u in which partition windows is intalled and u jus press 1 and hit enter. It will ask for password(if u hav enter it). and it will return to command mode.Type exit and jus try whether u can login into windows.
