My pc got slow when i loaded quickheal antivirus. what shold i do?

With 256MB of RAM it's no doubt the computer has slowed down as a result of installing anti-virus software. The computer needs a memory upgrade if you want it to remain at normal speed while having the software running. I'd suggest increasing it to at least 512mb but preferably 1GB(if this makes no sense to you just consult your local computer retailer. Tell him the model# of the computer and that you have 256MB and want to increase it to 1GB). Also, that software is not a well recommended Anti-virus program. I can't even find a review of it at all. I'd recommend Norton 360 version 2.0. It comes highly recommended by PC Magazine and others.

remove it and install kaspersky ..it takes less ram and gives more protection to your pc.. no need to install other softwares to remove spywares and all ..

you need atleast 512 mb ram to use quick heal ..

To begin with your operating system windows xp requires a  minimum of 512GB of ram to run and Quick Heal anti virus is going to take another 128 MB of RAM to run it. So i recommend you look into seeing if your computer can have it's ram upgraded.

First of all, you need more ram.  I suggest getting 1GB of RAM.  If not at least upgrade to 512.  

Download Spybot , download Windows Defender, restart computer, then run Spybot. See what the scan comes up with.

Windows Defender and Spybot are  2 really good Spyware Programs.

Now for Virus Protection  2 programs of virus protection will conflict with each other and will actually cancel out the protection.

Running Spybot and Defender, with EITHER Avast or Avg (great Free virus protection programs ) will keep a computer in good working condition.

Get rid of that antivirse...

Antivirse make your computer VERY slow.. If you need it, then turn it on when you really need it...

Anti virus runs all the time so first uninstall it and use NOD 32 it is very quick,there r several antivirus who makes our pc's speed slow. so whenever u use net u should start the software(antivirus) unless turn it off.
